Fabric Inspection
Incoming rolls checked for shade, hand-feel, GSM, stretch recovery and defects. Rejected lots returned to mill.
In-Line Inspection
QC officers roam sewing lines checking seams, tension, tolerance and construction against PP sample.
Performance Testing
Wash-fastness, stretch fatigue, seam strength and dimensional stability tested on random samples.
Final Random Inspection (FRI)
AQL 2.5 sampling before packing. Third-party (SGS/BV/TÜV) welcome to attend.
Pre-Shipment Report
Photo report, measurements, defect log and carton manifest shared before container loading.
