Introduction to Our Terms
Dongguan Pro Sportswear Co., Ltd. ("Pro Sportswear", "we", "our", "us") is a professional activewear manufacturer specializing in OEM/ODM production for global brands, wholesalers, importers and cross-border e-commerce sellers. We do not operate a retail business -- all services are strictly B2B.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and Pro Sportswear regarding your use of this website and any business communication initiated through it. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of this website immediately.
The Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients and business partners who access, browse or submit inquiries via our website, email, or authorized third-party platforms.
Website Use Rules
By accessing this website, you agree to use it lawfully and only for legitimate B2B sourcing, evaluation and cooperation purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

All product images, technical specifications, fabric details, MOQ figures, lead times and certifications displayed on this website are provided for reference purposes only. They represent typical capabilities and past production examples, and should not be interpreted as binding offers.
Actual production output -- including but not limited to colorways, fabric composition, sizing tolerances, print effects, packaging, MOQ, unit pricing and delivery schedule -- will be confirmed in writing through a formal Proforma Invoice, sample confirmation and/or signed manufacturing agreement.
While we make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date, Pro Sportswear does not warrant that the website content is error-free, complete or current at all times. Certifications (OEKO-TEX®, ISO 9001, REACH, SGS, TÜV, etc.) apply to specific products, fabrics or production batches and may require case-by-case verification.
Inquiries & Cooperation Basis
Inquiries submitted via our website, email or verified third-party platforms (such as Alibaba) are treated as preliminary business communication. They do not, on their own, create a purchase contract or a binding order commitment on either party.
A formal manufacturing relationship is established only after both parties confirm -- in writing -- the following essential terms:

- C. Sample approval & bulk sign-off
- D. Lead time, shipping & Incoterms
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful design references, artwork, brand assets and shipping information. Pro Sportswear reserves the right to decline any inquiry that violates applicable laws, third-party rights or our internal compliance standards.
Intellectual Property
All content published on this website -- including logos, brand names, product photography, copywriting, technical drawings, page layouts, style codes and video assets -- is owned by Pro Sportswear or used under valid license, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and unfair competition laws.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification or commercial use of any website content is strictly prohibited.
Client-owned IP: Any tech packs, logos, patterns, artwork or brand identifiers submitted by clients remain the exclusive property of the client. We use such materials solely for the purpose of quotation, sampling and production of the client's order, and treat them as confidential.
Original designs: Original patterns and molds developed by Pro Sportswear for a specific client will not be shared with third parties without written authorization, subject to a valid manufacturing agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pro Sportswear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website -- including without limitation loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, data loss or reputational harm.
Website content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or compatibility with all devices and browsers.
For any confirmed manufacturing order, our liability shall be strictly governed by the terms of the corresponding signed agreement, Proforma Invoice or purchase contract -- and shall not exceed the total invoice value of the order in question.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, war, government action, port congestion, power outages or raw material supply disruption.
Updates & Contact
Pro Sportswear reserves the right to modify, revise or update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws or industry standards. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date, and take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, submitted to the competent court in Dongguan, Guangdong Province.
